Bob Russell is the director and proprietor of the company with 28 years’ experience in civil and earthworks. He holds an Advanced Diploma in Civil Engineering and Design as well as a statement of excellence for his diploma, a Diploma of Building and Construction, with a current Builders Licence and has operated various machines since 1992.
Founded in 2005, Spot On Civil Constructions has contracted to and site supervised works to various large companies. With a vast experience in a wide range of civil projects including, but not limited to, excavation, drainage, road works, remediation works, concreting, underpinning, levy banks, electrical infrastructure, security bollards and footings, including site set out, consultation and plant hire.
